Son of Halim Abil Russ and Cecilia Antonieta Abil Russ, he is the owner of Fazenda Santa Filomena, where  is located the  PR/FL-29 Archaeological Site: Dois Palmito.  Since childhood, indigenous culture has aroused interest and curiosity. The discovery of a funerary urn containing the bones of an Indian was the starting point for the development of  idealistic project to rescue and disseminate the culture of the first inhabitants of Paraná, the Indians!
